6months checkup

Collette just went for her 6 months checkup a couple of days back.This time round, instead of 4 shots, she only got 3... she is ~60+ percentile for height,weight and head diameter. As Doctor Schaffer described, she has the perfect growth and is definitely one little jovial baby. Happy growing...

Collette has learn to locate her 'tutu' herself and stuff it into her mouth. I thought it is cute to see her do it for the first time. It just amazing how 'tutu' could actually calm a baby down, especially when they are cranky and sleepy... I hope you enjoy this video clip as much as I do.....

This summer has been one of the hottest summer I have ever experienced in Boise. It went up to high 30s °c(it was 38°c yesterday).
There is plus and minus points on this type of weather here.

Plus : it is not humid, so you don't feel sweaty at all
Minus : the sun is blazing hot and you could feel it prickly into your skin.

This is a good opportunity to bring tong tong out for a little swimming session. Of course, I have to apply her with a thick coat of sunblock which she doesn't really like.......
